Mental Fitness Challenge- The Best Way to Start Your Journey

Orrin Woodward, Chris Brady, and the founders of LIFE have just revolutionized personal development.  The Mental Fitness Challenge is absolutely the best way ever designed to identify where you are, where you want to be, and how to get there.  If you are just starting your journey in leadership or self-improvement, the Mental Fitness Challenge is definitely the best place to start.  No more wandering around book stores trying to sift through hundreds of books only to take your best guess at what the best book for you is.

The Mental Fitness Challenge is fun, it’s easy to get started, and it will take your relationships to another level if you invite friends, family, and fans to take it with you.  I am taking it with my wife, my family, and my team.  Who are you going to invite into your challenge group?  What I have found is that the more people you have in your group the more fun you will have taking the challenge.  Invite everybody you can think of to take the assessment test on your behalf.  Don’t be afraid to ask lots of people to hold you accountable.  If you take this seriously, not just as some little thing that you’re kind of doing, you will have a blast and grow more than you ever thought possible over the next 90 days.

If you’re not quite sure if the MFC is for you, take the FREE 7-day pre-challenge.  You can take the self-assessment test, and invite other people to take the test on your behalf.  Also, if you have three of your friends take the challenge with you, yours is FREE!

Don’t wait any longer, get started today!  Take the challenge!  I’d love to hear about the results that you get with the Mental Fitness Challenge, share your results here with the entire community.  Be courageous, CHALLENGE YOURSELF!

God bless
Jason Fredrick

  1. I have been taking the Mental Fitness Challenge for 13 days now and I have never been more focused on my goals and my purpose.

The other thing I have gotten from it is that I have put together a 90 day physical fitness challenge for myself based on the principles of the Mental Fitness Challenge.

Change your thinking and you change your world!
